YOUR MOUNTAIN TOP RETREAT is here! This home is witness to incredible sunrises over the Sangre de Cristos (the southern end of the Colorado Rocky Mountains.) The mountains frequently turn pink at sunset in a phenomenal display of nature calling you back home. This home faces east, and the views are surreal from the front deck, the office, the game room and through the sun porch from the living room windows.

This very large home comes with 2 wood burning fireplaces, 2 propane wall heaters, one on each level and another in the battery room. There is currently an unheated bonus room which is off of the office/dining room. The office/dining room could be converted into a very nice sized bedroom. It has it's own entrance. The bonus room contains a couple of storage closets and another that contains the solar batteries and water pump. The room could be enclosed a little more and a heat source added. There is a wood burning stove sitting in the room ready for installation, though the installation of a vented propane wall unit will ensure a constant heat source there.

The exterior was painted last year, new gates were installed in the circle drive (one of the gates has an automatic open feature with remote), new flooring in the living room, office/dining and entry way/sun room and a new barn door has been installed in the lower hall into the bedroom within the past month. Solar upgrades are a few years old.
